At Thepagewhispers, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Please include your Order ID in your cancellation request for faster processing.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation is allowed before shipment. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Exceptions
Thepagewhispers reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if:
- The order has already been shipped.
- The product has been specially ordered or is not eligible for cancellation.
- There is suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
